Shipping policy

1) Processing times

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time may be longer during holidays, high volume periods, payment review, or severe weather events.

Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.

2) Shipping methods and delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are provided by the carrier. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit time depends on the selected shipping service and carrier operations.

3) Shipping confirmation and tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details sent to the email used at checkout.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after label creation.

4) Incorrect address and returned packages

Customer is responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, GeoCore Labs may charge additional shipping fees to reship the order.

5) Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

GeoCore Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact the carrier first and then contact us at [support@geocorelabs.com] so we can help with next steps.

6) Damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@geocorelabs.com] with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos of damaged items

  3. Clear photos of all shipping packaging

Approved damage claims may be resolved with a replacement or refund, in line with our Refund Policy.

7) Domestic and international shipping

We currently ship to locations listed at checkout.

Customer is responsible for understanding local laws, import restrictions, and compliance requirements before ordering.

For international orders, customer is responsible for customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import related charges.

8) Order holds and risk review

GeoCore Labs reserves the right to place orders on hold for verification, request additional information, or cancel orders flagged for fraud, policy violations, or legal concerns.

9) Research use notice

All products sold by GeoCore Labs are sold strictly for research use only.
They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, or treatment.
